The Deposit Fee is a payment that holds a suite rental reservation in our Suite Rental Rent category. The fee is $250 and is recorded against your booking so our front desk and studio managers can allocate the suite and time slot you requested along the Capital Boulevard corridor.

Submitting the Deposit Fee is a brief administrative step handled at booking. The transaction generally takes about 15 MINUTES to process, during which we confirm the rental date, record the deposit, and issue a booking reference. That short duration covers verification and entry into our scheduling system.
You’ll receive written confirmation tied to your reservation so both you and our team have the same details. This documentation clarifies the reserved suite, the scheduled time, and any notes needed for service coordination, which is helpful when clients travel from surrounding Wake County communities.
